What's included in the 7-day trial?

Everything. There's one plan, and the trial is the whole product: unlimited projects, completion notes turned into proposed changes, the frontier planning model, exports and history.

Can Harold change my plan without asking?

No. Anything Harold works out arrives as a proposal with its reasons. Nothing is applied until you accept it, and accepted changes can be undone.

How much is it after the trial?

£8 a month, or £72 a year, which works out at £6 a month.

Do I need a card to start?

No. Start the trial with just your account. You only add payment details when you decide to subscribe.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your projects go read-only. Everything stays there for you to open and read, and subscribing picks up exactly where you left off.

Who can see my projects?

Only you. Projects are private to your account. If you want someone else to follow along, share a read-only status link for one project, and revoke it whenever you like.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. Export everything as one JSON file, or a plan as a PDF or Markdown, ready to send.

Can I look around before starting a trial?
